Etienne Lwamba

Etienne supports the production of systematic reviews, evidence gap maps and contributes to the Development Evidence Portal. He has managed the production and delivery of the Gender and Peacebuilding Systematic Review at 3ie.

Etienne’s background is in governance and peacebuilding with experience managing large international development projects. Prior to joining 3ie, Etienne worked with IMC Worldwide and the Overseas Development Institute supporting research, business development and project management.
